Where does the training take place?
I have clients from all over the United States & Canada. We communicate through social media and by phone. If you do happen to live in a nearby area, I would love to meet face to face to talk about a plan for you. Just contact me. I am sure we will find a solution!
Am I a professional trainer?
By trade, no. However, I am certified in the gym formats of PiYo, Hip Hop Hustle & INSANITY. I am an Independent Team Beachbody Coach which qualifies me to help you with the at home fitness programs & supplements. Just check out the “About Me“ page for more details about my biography.
Why should I spend money on a Fitness Program or Shakeology?
Why? Because your health is the one thing you can try to control & improve in your life. While unexpected things do happen, do your best to make it a priority and feel better on the inside & out. Workouts are 20% of your results and nutrition is 80% of your results, so eating clean is key to seeing success. Shakeology is one way to make sure you are doing that daily. Remember, it's an investment in yourself which ALWAYS pays back 10 fold!
How often should I workout/drink Shakeology?
Depending on your desired at home fitness program this will differ. You will receive a schedule of what you should do each day. Normally they average anywhere from 3-6 days a week.
Shakeology will be used daily as a meal replacement if you want to lose weight or just added into your daily meal plan to guarantee you are getting solid nutrition. One scoop a day is all you need!
